Some of the other architectural masterpieces in Seville include the Plaza de España, the Town Hall and the University buildings. The attractive Maria Luisa Park also contains two magnificent museums. Some other museums you may like to visit are the Army, Maritime and Bullfight museums. There’s also a range of art galleries that display traditional to contemporary arts and crafts.

Rich in a diversity of local produce, Seville offers exotic cuisines to the discerning gourmand. You must experience its ‘tapas’ tradition, where you can go from bar to bar, sampling their delicacies. These range from the absolutely mouth watering gazpacho to tantalizing seafood, juicy Andalusian hams to lamb’s kidneys in sherry sauce. There’s also a wide range of irresistible local confectionaries for cater to your sweet tooth. If you think you need a good walk to balance this rich diet, then there are several parks and gardens to delight your senses.

Seville also boasts two renowned festivals. La Feria de Sevilla or the Seville fair is held in April and features flamenco dancing and bullfighting events. The Santa Semana or the Holy Week festival takes place a week before Easter. Wherever your desires run, Seville has a satisfying solution to cater to them.
